POLICY ON RETURNED MERCHANDISE

1. Armak Management must give prior authorization BEFORE our Shipping Department will accept returned goods. Reason for return must be stated at the time of request. If goods are due to a claim, they must be inspected and approved as such by an Armak representative before being returned to Armak.

2. Goods authorized for return must be properly wrapped and in good condition. Damaged goods will not be accepted. ALL returns to be sent PREPAID F.O.B. destination.

3. Goods requested for return must have been invoiced within the last 60 days.

4. If Armak's error, goods will be accepted only after authorization slip is made out for acceptance of returned goods. Authorization must be given in advance of returns. Credit will be issued without penalty.

5. If the error lies with the customer, authorization to return MUST BE REQUESTED and a valid reason given at the time of request. IF GRANTED, goods returned must be wrapped, in good condition and sent back PREPAID F.O.B. destination. A 25% handling charge will apply to all goods.

6. A return of a cut length, WOULD NOT be authorized under normal conditions, however, if cleared by Armak Management, a 25% handling charge would apply and again goods must be wrapped and in good condition. NO CUTS UNDER 10 LINEAL FEET WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CONDITON.

7. All VCT tiles will carry a 25% handling charge if approved for return. LESS THAN 5 CARTONS PER DYE LOT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

8. All laminate and hardwood will be subject to a 25% handling charge if approved and returned in full factory condition cartons. SINGLE CARTON RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

9. SPECIAL NOTE: Special order items are non-cancelable and CUSTOMER will be invoiced upon arrival of goods. No Hold Orders. No Returns.

GOODS RETURNED TO ARMAK'S WAREHOUSE WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
